Follow Coastal Highway, also known as Highway 1, to exit 1A. Take the left exit (Rehoboth Beach-Henlopen Acres. 1A becomes Rehoboth Avenue and ends at the Boardwalk. Half a block from the Boardwalk, just in front of the bandstand, look to your right, and you will see the entrance to Penny Lane. Faraway Places is about two-thirds of the way down the lane on the right. The photo on this page is the view from Rehoboth Avenue. The other entrance to the lane is from Wilmington Avenue, on the other side of the block. Click the link for the view from there.
